Bible Study Notes:
Difficult circumstances are allowed by God to test our faith. Persecution tests our faith, that’s why he allows it.

Faith that hasn’t been tested hasn’t been tried. We have the assurance of faith.

Whatever you’re going through, don’t waver in your faith that he won’t do what he promised. 2 Chronicles 20:17 – We have the assurance that what he promised he’ll bring to pass.
We don’t need to fight – stand still to see the salvation of the Lord.

Stand still to see the deliverance. You must stand still because if you’re running around you may miss it. Stand Still.

You can be so tied up in things that you become fearful.

There are times when it looks like God’s not answering, but he is. That’s when we need the God-kind of faith. Regardless, I know that you’re working in my life.

When you commit things to God, leave it. Don’t do anything contrary.
Your ears must be tuned to God’s word. It takes confidence.
We were made winners. We were made righteous. When I gave my life to Christ I became a winner.
Confidence allows us to endure difficult situations.

1 Peter 4:12 – Prevents us from asking those unnecessary questions that we have. The word of God says that many are the afflictions of the righteous.
Don’t worry. God will deliver you.

You must rehearse your victory. Prophesize over yourself.

The devil can’t read your mind, he listens to what you say.

That’s why he had a conversation with Eve because he couldn’t read her mind.

Don’t worry about stuff.

Don’t worry about not having enough. We are already abundantly blessed.

He already knows what we have need of – What we need is already in place.

All things were created and sustained for the benefits of the Christian.

We have a better promise than the Israelites.

Maintain the confidence in God’s presence and promises, not because of human merit but because of God’s graciousness.

There’s a privilege of receiving divine insight. Privilege and authority. Authority is assured by God’s ability.

Romans 8:35 – in other words all that the father has given me, I have lost nothing. No man can pluck it out of my hands.

There is nothing you could do to stop Christ from loving you. He still loves us, no matter what.
Repent when you’re wrong. Confess the sin.

There is none good – no not one.

Not because of our goodness, but because of God’s mercy.
There may be times where we falter but nothing separates us from his love.
Go into every circumstance, knowing that you’re a winner, up front.

2 Chronicles 20 – Stand still the battle isn’t yours, it’s the Lord’s. The one who fights our battles, is the same God who in the beginning where there was no light – said “Let there be light"

God knows the name of each star in the sky. That’s the same God that we serve.

Nothing will separate us from his love. Not by our appearance but our character.
God looks at the heart. Are you loving each other?

When we make our requests known that’s the first question to come into play.
We can’t worry about how people are to us. We have to love everyone. You don’t have to like what they do and you don’t have to associate with everyone. Evil communication corrupts good manners.

If I’m walking in holiness and righteousness some folk may leave me, but that’s alright.
To walk in victory – these things must daily be a part of our being.

Spend time with God. It’s not like nothing negative will come but when it comes, we have the victory.

Trust in him. Stand fast in the liberty where Christ set you free.

You can’t fix a spiritual problem using physical means.

You don’t have to wait until you get to church to give a testimony.

God gives us all kinds of opportunities to tell our testimony.
